Phase 1: The story of freediver Max Avery

This is a feature-length independent film on the sport of freediving, chosen for it's beautiful ocean backdrop and premium placed upon mental preparation to ensure safety during deep dives. This phase tells the fictional story of freediver Maxwell Avery, as played by actor and ex-athlete Justin Flint Williford.

For realism, all dives appearing in the movie are real. No stunt divers were used. The lead actor trained as a freediver for 4 months prior to filming.

Status: This phase is currently in final editing and is availible for pre-order.

.

Phase 2: The Interviews

A documentary using a series of interviews with Olympic athletes, sports psychologists, and also those outside sports that also experience flow, this phase will provide an up close and personal look at the experiences themselves, as well as an analytical exploration of the phenomenon.

These interviews will then be inter-woven with the first movie; resulting in a "hybrid" movie much like the 2005 hit "What the %#($ do we know?" that intertwined interviews with the fictional narrative.

Status: This phase is currently in pre-production and is dependent on funding.
