Sky Christopherson, a former member of the U.S. National Cycling Team, competed for ten years in the Olympic sport of Track Cycling.

With his first national title in 1995 with a victory over six-time undefeated champion Erin Hartwell in the 1000m time trial, he went on to specialize in the "Kilometer" event along with the "Team Sprint".

In 1998, he would see his first international medal, and go on to place fourth at the World Championships in Bordeaux, France.

Sky participated in the Home Depot Olympic Jobs Program, and assisted CEO Robert Nardelli in renegotiations with the USOC. In addition, he provided a key-note speech with Arnold Schwarzenegger at the opening of the Home Depot event center in Los Angeles, CA.

At the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, Australia, he proposed to his girlfriend Tamara Jenkins, a sprint kayaker on the US Canoe/Kayak team. They were married in the Fall of 2002 in San Diego, CA., where they both graduated from the University of California, San Diego in 2005.
